Anyone else not have their access extended? Below is what a Wiley Rep posted on a thread. My access expires on 4/22/14, and has not changed since they posted this.

“Finally, please note that ALL users who had active access to the old Test Bank on 2/18/14 can continue to use it until June 1, 2014 (expiration dates were extended for all active sections i.e. if you had AUD Test Bank access expiring on 3/1 it was extended to 6/1).”

CPA EXAM: DONE!!!!
Ethics Course: Passed
Application Mailed: 3/16/15
Professional Conduct Exam: 97
Certification Date: 4/2/15!!!

Hi @san4596 if you have any issues after 4/22/16 please let support know. Where are you seeing the 4/22/16 date? Is it the red message on the home page of the 2013 Test Bank itself.

Wiley – I am seeing the dates 4/22/12 on the MY Products page in the 2014 system. Each section has the date of expiration listed underneath the name of that section.

CPA EXAM: DONE!!!!

Application Mailed: 3/16/15
Professional Conduct Exam: 97
Certification Date: 4/2/15!!!

@san4596 the 6/1/14 extension applies to users of 2013 version (those who had access prior to 2/18/14). There is no place it is displayed. The 2014 version has any original migrated end dates and those are what you are seeing. Yes, this will mean for some users you'll have extended access to the old product even though your access to the new one expired. We did not have a mechanism to allow users to extend the old product so to keep things simple for everyone we just extended the date until it's taken offline. Hope that helps. Post again if not.
