Does anyone work for a company that handles a lot of Travel & Entertainment expenses? A lot of charges while out on the road?
I need to find a “system” that will allow employees to upload receipts from an app on their smart phone. It would be best if it was customizable so that we can pick the fields that we need filled out and even customize options for categories, etc.? This is all new to me so I really have no idea. Currently some people use a free app, which is ok, but we need to streamline everything. All charges are made through AMEX cards. We really need 1 central person to be able to access the database and organize it for entry into the accounting system and also create reports for tax purposes.
Options and Pros/Cons would be awesome! Thanks!
