I used Becker for Audit and passed with a 89. I think they did a pretty good job. Also do practice MCQs from the Becker pass-master. I listened to lec once and read the book 3 times, took good notes from the MCQs and felt very comfortable recalling the material I studied on the exam day. I did not have time to practice sims, but since time management is not an issue for AUD, i did not have issues with sims.

Hi -- Was just wondering if anyone ever tried to sit for Auditing after only studying for about 9 days, and how it ended up. I passed REG (91) and BEC (81) in August, and am hoping to get Audit out of the way after taking FARE this week. I have about 9 full days to study before the exam. I'm not working full time yet, so I can dedicate as many hours a day as needed to study.
Any thoughts anyone has on how feasible this is would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

For Audit I feel the best thing to do is keep practing multiple choice questions over and over until you have them memorized. There are only so many questions they can ask for Audit. This is what I did and I scored a 89 soo I know this worked for me.

ok.....7 days and an 80...thats amazing....
heres my question......i'm thinking about changing my AUD exam from the 5th of Jan to Oct 29th......now I've only taken my two Auditing classes from school and that was 4 years ago. I'm studying through Yaeger and I'm just about to put in the first disc. I have no Audit work experience. Anyone out there think I can be ready to write in one month (working 6 hours a day) with only two courses worth of knowledge (again taken 4 years ago)??? I'm willing to go intensive all the way, weekends and nights....Or should I wait until January?? (November is not an option for me)
Any advice would be great??

Haha, I think I did well because I'm a (very) recent grad and took both Audit and Advanced Audit in my last two semesters so I pretty much remembered everything I learned in school.. and I studied non-stop those 7 days!
Hmmm.. I want to say that I think you can do it if you are really willing to devote the time. Even if you only study an average of 6 hours a day that will give you almost 170 hours of study time in one month. I think that is pretty sufficient from what I have read about other people studying. I wish you the best of luck :)
