Here are my predictions for the April/May 2009 Wave 2 CPA Exam score release:

AICPA Release:

  • BEC – Saturday, June 13  (Actual release Friday June 12 4pm CST)
  • REG – Monday, June 15 (Actual release Tuesday June 16 3:45 pm CST)
  • AUD – Tueday, June 16 (Actual release Thursday June 18 2 pm CST)
  • FAR – Thursday, June 18 (Actual release Friday June 19 7:30 pm CST)

NASBA Release (posted between 8pm and midnight EST):

  • BEC – Monday, June 15 (Actual release Monday, June 15)
  • REG – Wednesday, June 17 (Actual release Wednesday, June 17)
  • AUD – Thursday, June 18 (Actual release Monday, June 22)
  • FAR – Saturday,  June 20 (Actual release Monday, June 22)

Update 6/13 - California, Illinois and a few others have released BEC so far…
Update 6/16 - AICPA Released REG at approx 3:45pm CST
Update 6/17 - CA/IL and maybe a few others have released REG…NASBA expected tonight
Update 6/17 -I’ll go ahead and go out on a limb and say AICPA releases AUD today and FAR Friday…based on nothing but my “gut”…haven’t heard a word about it…
Update 6/21 Still waiting on NASBA AUD and FAR (should see AUD Monday night…I bet FAR is out too…just a guess though)
Update 6/22 Final scorecard: I was 2/4 on both Wave 1 and Wave 2 predictions.

    Hi everyone! This might have been answered already, but i seem to have missed it.

    I am still waiting for my AUD score in CA and wondering if I am the only one, or there are others in the same predicament. And if yes, whats the deal? when do we get our scores?

    When does wave 2.5 get released? i called the VA BOA and they said my score isn't available even though people already received theirs. I am assuming i would be in the 2.5 wave. How long does it take in general?

    There is no Wave 2.5 this time….100% have been released by the AICPA.

    Jeff,

    I got my OH REG score last Wednesday on the NASBA site, but when I went back and looked today it shows the ERROR message again….should I be worried? I should have taken a screen shot of it when I saw it the first time, haha!

    Just called CA board….was told that there are still a few scores which need to be posted.
    As for the timeline of release, was given a generic answer of "Before June 30th!" :-(

    Thanks for your quick response. Does NASBA gradually release those scores? when i called on friday the lady told me because my score had not been released by NASBA that's why it's not available but other canditates in VA have received theirs. Is that possible?

    They released more AUD on Friday…so I guess there was a \”2.5\” for AUD…you should have your shortly, i would think.

    Any idea on TN AUD? Sat end of May, called TN NASBA they said end of June through July 15? Is that accurate or do they exaggerate time?

    Has anyone heard of a situation where you received a passing score from the NASBA website and then 2 days later your score is no longer there? What does this mean? Are they revising your score or is it just a computer glitch?

    From reading on here, I have learned that your scenario sometimes happens when NASBA is uploading more scores. Hopefully for those of us waiting on AUD or FAR (personally FAR), that should be a sign that our NASBA scores will be coming out soon, and yours will be back up once they release everything. Good Luck! On another note, I have never heard of them releasing a score and changing it.

    Took FAR for the first time with Becker review and got a 74. Any suggestions on how much time I will need before I take it again? Also, should I stay with Becker or try something new?

    I spoke with a NASBA rep and he said that they scores are being released from now up until the 15th (standard response). I asked how often are scores released and he said they’re not released in batches; they’re released randomly. I don’t know if he knew what he was talking about or not. That sounds way off base. Whatever! I’m just tired of waiting.

    I received my FAR score last night (it was posted on the WA State site), and I received the WBOA e-mail today. I passed! I am so-o-o-o-o-o excited. That means I am done with the CPA Exam (sans the Ethics Test which I will hopefully take in the next few weeks), and I received the confirmation e-mail from WBOA confirming that I passed all 4 sections.

    It is so-o-o-o-o funny how WA was late in submitting REG scores but uber-fast in submitting FAR scores. Everyone in WA should check the online database…because scores are out for FAR (I would presume that they are also out for AUD but that is just a guess).

    I hope everyone else on this site passed too! Thanks, Jeff, for your hard work in maintaining this site.

    I am dying right now for my FAR score in NYC. It will be close if I passed but I am so close to the end. If I passed FAR, my last exam would be AUD and from how the material looks, I should do ok. What is the hold up ???

    Gosh Mark, seeing how many times you go through with AUD exam scaring me… I am anxiously waiting for AUD and seeing your results did not help :-(

    FAR – 78

    I took FAR yesterday and feel good about the MCQ… I did Becker and I feel that about 80% of the FAR Sim's were not covered by Beckers. I didnt even have time to do the 2nd sim.
    Did anyone have the same issue with the covered material with Beckers?
