    Hi all,

Looking for a little advice here.

I have taken Audit 4 times now and have scored within 5 points each time. Starting to get very frustrated. I always feel pretty solid on MCQ, but Sims are the death of me. Has anybody had similar struggles with Audit in this regard? Im looking for anything to get over the hump on this exam. Ive been drilling MCQ and practicing Becker Sims. I take Audit in a couple weeks, hopefully this is it.

I always hear people say Audit is one of the easier exams, but its clearly giving me some issues. Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

Get experience in auditing, that will help with the exams.

Learn the difference between the different types of engagements, that was what my mian test was on..know them well and you should pass.

You might consider purchasing a month of Ninja just to see some differently-worded questions and SIMS. If you are struggling on the SIMS, it means you don't completely grasp all the concepts. If you know the concepts inside and out, you should be able to do the SIMS in whatever format is thrown your way. If you have been only using Becker this whole time, you may be unknowingly memorizing the answers to the MCQ.

    AUD - 79
    BEC - 82
    FAR - 79
    REG - 86
    DONE

    FAR - PASSED 11/14
    AUD - TBD
    BEC - TBD
    REG - First take 2/16

I'm with Clark here. I failed AUD 3 times and I'm studying for my 4th time right now. I did Becker's MCQ's and final review book and I did realize I was starting to memorize it. So, this time I bought Wiley (although I don't think it's very user friendly and it has a LOT of repeating questions) and now I subscribed to Ninja's monthly AUD material.
I've done all MCQ for Becker, Wiley, and Ninja collectively but still feel unsure about the material.
I've never been good at reading and memorizing. So how do you guys memorize the material? I'm thinking this 4th time is about memorizing and actually practicing SIMS.

    REG: 73, 76

    AUD: 63, 61, 72, 78

    FAR: 63, 73, TBD

    BEC: 62, TBD
