Here is my situation: I started an internship with a small firm in January and everything has been great. They offered me a full time job, starting in October. However, Friday I got a call with a regional firm that I interviewed with last October and they offered me a job. I think I am going to take the regional firm. Anybody have any advice on how to break the news to the small firm?
