Career Advice: Advisory vs. Audit?????

    Hi all!

    I was wondering if can get some advice:

    I have been working in Auditing for 16 Months at a big 4 firm and I now have the opportunity to move over to another big 4 firm except in the Advisory practice.

    I have already passed my CPA Exams.

    I can finish the hours at this other big 4 firm so I am not worried about CPA Hours.

    I would also be getting a nice bump up in salary.

    Can anyone tell me what I should do?

    What are the pros and cons?

    Which group is more prestigious?

    Advisory or Audit?? Help!!
