Trying to decide between Big4 or staying at my current job… need opinions.
    Here are the facts:
Current job I am making about 25k more than I would as a staff auditor at Big4 and I am currently in a senior level position with opportunity to move up at a small CPA firm.

    Main concern:
Closing future doors because my resume doesn’t have Big4 on it.

Should I stay or go Big4?

You should stay. B4 experience is extremely overrated and it sounds like you will do better at the small CPA firm.

What type of work are you doing at the small firm?
I agree you should stay if you are getting exposure to a lot of financial audit.
If you want to work for a public company and do not have exposure to public clients it may be worth leaving to Big 4. I am also assuming that because you are not able to make a lateral move that your experience at the smaller firm is lacking. I was a senior auditor at a smaller firm that did SEC audits in addition to private and 401k type stuff. I got offers to interview at a couple of the Big 4 for a senior position.
Ultimately, do what is most in line with your future goals. If you switch you will have to stay until at least senior at big 4 to make it worth it.

Almost always from my phone... please excuse my typos!
