Does anyone have any recommendations for accounting masters programs in Forensics, Fraud Examination, or AML?
I found a few good ones:
West Virginia University (Online): MS Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination (FAFE) https://be.wvu.edu/fafe/
-Offered online. You can complete a certificate program in the summer or the masters in one year.
Florida Atlantic University (Online): Executive Master of Accounting with a concentration in Forensic Accounting https://accounting.fau.edu/online-master-of-accounting-in-forensic-accounting/
-Two year online
Georgetown University (On-Campus): Forensic Accounting Certificate https://scs.georgetown.edu/programs/381/forensic-accounting/
University of South Florida (Online): Compliance, Risk, and Anti-Money Laundering Certificate https://www.usf.edu/innovative-education/graduate-certificates/programs/compliance-risk-anti-money-laundering.aspx
Forensic Jobs are so far and few in-between, I wouldn't waste my time going to specialize in it. I would just go get the CFE and look for jobs with that.
There seems to be a bunch of forensic accounting and consulting jobs out there if you look on indeed . com. The AICPA even offers a Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) exam and certification.
