I figured I'd start a thread this time. @April94 got us going this last time. I am waiting for my AUD score to come out. I have taken that stupid exam 6 times and I am so over it. The SIMS have been tripping me up in the last 3 exams and I wanna be done. Thank God, this last time I didn't get any questions on my weak areas so hopefully, that will result in a pass. That's likely why I passed FAR because I didn't get any questions that I was weak in.
Good luck everyone!!September 5, 2020 at 2:50 pm #3096206JoeManco25Participant
I hope you passed, I cant imagine taking AUD 6 times.September 5, 2020 at 5:48 pm #3096353waterParticipant
I am currently waiting for my FAR score. Second test taken and I felt it was noticeably tougher than REG. I have been studying BEC in the mean time and scheduled it, so I'm hoping I can leave FAR far behind and knock out BEC this month.September 5, 2020 at 11:43 pm #3096593
Good luck to us! =)September 6, 2020 at 12:54 pm #3096824April94Participant
Good luck guys!! @fsugirl2005 thanks for taking over as score-release thread starter 😉September 8, 2020 at 1:46 pm #3098525burriscpaonedayParticipant
@fsugirl2005… oh my goodness you sound just like me and my journey with AUD!! I took AUD again for the 6th time on 9/4/20. Hoping and praying it is the last time I ever have to look at that material!!
Good to luck to us all! 🙂September 8, 2020 at 11:23 pm #3099083monikerncParticipant
What is everyone doing while waiting for scores?September 8, 2020 at 11:26 pm #3099086
@monikernc Working and trying to study for REG.
@burriscpaoneday Yes good luck to us!!
@April94 Yes ma'am. You passed the torch. =)September 10, 2020 at 7:41 pm #3100508
I took REG last Saturday so waiting for that. I'd spent the previous 8 weeks in intense study for both FAR/REG so I'm taking it easy for a while.September 11, 2020 at 5:53 am #3100841CPA-ManParticipant
Should be getting my BEC score 9/16. It FEELS like I did ok on it. Had maybe 4-5 MCQs I lowkey guessed on but I feel like I got at least a few of those. Usually everytime I test there are at least 1-2 sims that make me go “??????” but that didn't happen this time. But I felt good on my first attempt and got a 74. Really hoping I got it.
In the meantime, I'm studying for AUD with Becker right now but will add in some Ninja later. First two chapters have been very easy. So MAYBE working in audit is actually helping some lol but we'll see when I get to those later chapters.
Good luck to everyone on their scores!September 11, 2020 at 9:58 am #3100898
@CPA-Man Audit does start off easy but then ventures into hell when you get to risk assessment. I've spoken to other CPAs who say even after becoming a CPA, risk assessment is still difficult and not easily understood. Make sure you spend plenty of time on that in addition to responses to assessed risks.September 14, 2020 at 2:32 pm #3103313ansicseParticipant
eyeball trick is working. I passed AUD, appeared in MASeptember 14, 2020 at 3:32 pm #3103352SimoneParticipant

I finally passed Audit after 6 tries. Yay!!!!!September 14, 2020 at 3:37 pm #3103376
Congrats @fsugirl2005 and @ansice!!
Since the eyeball is working does that mean the rest of us suffering since we sat for those four dreaded hours will get our scores at 5pm central?September 14, 2020 at 3:39 pm #3103379
@Solly looks that way. We should be getting official scores tonight by 8pm EST.September 14, 2020 at 3:53 pm #3103397
@fsugirl2005 it should be 6pm eastern.
Also, PLEASE update your new Audit status. Make us excited we want to see you passed!!September 14, 2020 at 3:54 pm #3103400ansicseParticipant

Great News! Now I'm just hoping California will be able to release tonight.September 14, 2020 at 5:11 pm #3103451
How exactly is this eyeball trick supposed to work? I took REG on 9/5 but I don't see it in my score release, only the FAR score for my test in August.September 14, 2020 at 5:17 pm #3103457
@DS It only works if you have an active score report from a previous test you took. It also depends on if you're in a NASBA state.September 14, 2020 at 5:18 pm #3103460
So it only works on retakes? If so, I guess I'll be waiting another 4:43…September 14, 2020 at 5:20 pm #3103469
@DS Not necessarily retakes. If you received a score on a first attempt or a retake and there is a score report, you can click on the “eyeball”.September 14, 2020 at 7:24 pm #3103595Road2CPAParticipant
Yes, the eyeball trick is working! I passed REG (not sure what my score is, but I don't really care at this point… just glad to know that I passed)! 3 down and 1 to go! Honestly, I got to my second SIM almost gave up during the exam. I felt so defeated that I almost just answered “0” for every SIM after that. I'm so glad I gave myself a mental pep talk and attempted the rest of the SIMs.September 14, 2020 at 7:28 pm #3103607Road2CPAParticipant
@DS try clicking on your August score report, as if you were reprinting it. When it opens, you will see either “CREDIT” or “NO CREDIT” for your most recent exam. Of course you won't see an actual score, but if you passed it will at least show “CREDIT” along with the credit expiration date. Also, as fsugirl2005 mentioned, your state has to be a NASBA state as well.September 14, 2020 at 8:10 pm #3103637
