    So I just purchased the subscription for AUD and when I'm trying to login to access the site its telling me the service unavailable: server is down!! Is this a normal and frequent occurrence?

    No – this isn't normal…it doesn't appear to be a wide-spread issue. I'm checking with my IT ninjas to see if we ran an update on something. Are you still locked out?
