Unable to login Dojo

    Anyone had problem logging into dojo? I purchased the ninja monthly subscription yesterday and didn’t receive any login credentials nor did I receive any emails for resetting my password. Contacted the support team multiple times (including the online chat). Still didn’t hear back from them at all. This is wasting my time……what happened to the site?

    This happened to me before as well. I think the problem stems from already owning a forum account, then setting up a subscription with dojo. If e-mails, passwords, usernames are off, it seems to lock you up. I'm not sure which it is exactly but you'll have to wait for one of them to help you. Submit a ticket and wait. Unfortunately weekends are slow processing for customer tickets…

    FAR - PASS

    AUD - PASS

    REG - PASS

    BOOM!  JUST LIKE THAT, I GOT MY LIFE BACK!  =D

    Thank you for your reply! I think this explains it. But still, it's very frustrating since weekend is the time that I can study more… For them to take this long to reply, it's also disappointing.

    I see that the problem has been solved.

    Sorry for the delay – we normally answer emails on the weekends, but with Christmas get-togethers, we fell behind. Thank you for your patience.
