This happened to me before as well. I think the problem stems from already owning a forum account, then setting up a subscription with dojo. If e-mails, passwords, usernames are off, it seems to lock you up. I'm not sure which it is exactly but you'll have to wait for one of them to help you. Submit a ticket and wait. Unfortunately weekends are slow processing for customer tickets…
