Gang I just purchased the lite 10 point combo.

I downloaded the flashcard file (multiple CSV’s) went to the brainscape website and uploaded them. When i pull them up on my iPad they appear like this

The answer is much the same.

I understand that this is formatting code, but I haven’t heard anyone else mention that their cards look similar.

Thoughts on what I did wrong?

I downloaded them using Brainscape. One my first download they looked like this. I deleted all the cards and downloaded again and it was gone.

I have had trouble with the flash cards too, I have not had the time to deal with them. I tried to download them on my phone and my computer. The computer file won't unzip and the phone I had to go to the app store, but I still don't have cards. I wonder if it is too late to get a refund since I have ninja notes and audio already I purchased the flashcards about three weeks or more ago and still can't get the file open.

I don't think I need anything else. besides I got a gift set of flash cards from CPAexcel with the phone app. I really like the phone app and cards even though I don't like their study materials for far section.
