    NINJA Question –

    If I were to take the REG exam in early 2019, are the NINJA 2019 REG Materials available and updated?

    Not yet – but close. Gigantic update. The current REG Business Law topics (40%-ish of your exam) can be studied now.

    I thought the blueprint said Business Law is only 10-20%?

    I would like to know if I am going to take the REG as early as beginning of Jan 2019, will I subject to be test under the new tax laws?

    When I say Business Law, I mean “not tax” … in my brain, it's Business Law and Tax … 40/60, but included in B-Law is Professional Responsibilities/Ethics.

    @Jodie,
    Starting January 1, 2019 you will be testing with only the new tax laws. There is a simultaneous shift of new material in and old material out. Good luck.
