Actually really devastated….I only used Ninja for AUD and BEC and passed first go. It didn't happen for this test (10 point combo) that was very specific and Ninja doesn't always let you bog down on the little details…supplementing with a Becker book and resetting my stats…let's do this (le sigh)

@jpowell31 – I'm very sorry to hear this! 3,200 question attempts makes me wonder if you ended up memorizing answers after seeing certain questions so many times? That's usually the case when there is a very high trending score, a large # of questions done, and an actual score in the 60s/low 70s.

@jeff I actually had a high number because I had started studying in june and had to take a month off for some personal stuff but never reset my stats. I don't doubt that there were flaws in some of my methods but there were a couple of topics that weren't detailed specifically but I can't disclose that was (very annoyingly as it's pretty specific and unfair on exam day) tested. I used the same method for AUD and BEC and had good results there and still have faith in the product. every exam is different I guess… I'm not giving up!

Didn't really enjoy ninja much for BEC, liked it for Reg. I actually panicked 2 days before the exam and abandoned it because the material was organized much more different than Gleim/Wiley and I thought it was doing more harm than good. This was in a 12 day time crunch for a retake though. So i spent 10 days with Ninja, 2 days with Gleim/Wiley. No cigar…

I used CPAExcel as my main study course and Ninja MCQ for review. I do only “new questions” and I do them by topic/category, so trending doesn't mean much in my case. I did all the simulations in Ninja and CPAExcel. Did not practice Written Communication in BEC though. BEC was done in 19 days, so I ran out of time and wasn't able to complete all the Ninja MCQs.

BEC NINJA score trending 82 [though more honestly it was closer to 80, and my total average score was 69]

Final real exam score: 77. I PASSED! If NINJA MCQ is a MMA Fighter, then the CPA Exam is a ninja that brings throwable stars to a fistfight! Perplexing…

Man, both are very challenging but somehow I bested BEC.
