NINJA Question –

Has anyone found REG Ninja notes especially helpful? Trying to decide whether or not to get them. For BEC I felt like they were key, however, for audit I feel like they were too broad and didn’t help me that much. Anyone have positive/negative experience with ninja notes for REG specifically?

I bought them for FAR, but didn’t use them much because I ran out of time, although for government they seemed to help me earn some points!

I feel they helped me. If I am not mistaken they are the longest of the four exams but still I felt they did a good job summarizing the important points (specially with Blaw) Also they helped me understand and memorize the treatment of some important transactions like formation of Corps, S Corps and partnerships, basis, distributions, liquidating distributions, Sec 1250, 239, 1245. Reg has a lot of material embbeded with different treatments and exceptions so it is easy to get lost, if you ask me I think they are totally worth it.

I am using the notes, the more I write them, the more I read them. I am trying to get through the how many times to write. I have about 4 weeks til test so I am trying to write them twice a day. I want it drilled in to the point that I am writing without looking. They are also helping with the mcq's as well. I don;t think you'll go wrong purchasing them. Besides, it beats reading the book.
