Wiley did this to me last month. Try using chat on https://hub.wiley.com/community/support – they were more helpful there, the main Wiley site. Just tell them you are using CPA Excel. That you open your course and you are in the middle of a quiz you didn't start. My dashboard had disappeared too. They escalated it and it was fixed pretty quickly. (Doesn't help their other fun issues but that should fix that for you!)
I didn't mind the instructors for business law and tax in Wiley, but I didn't want them this go around, I did on my first try. Maybe only pick and choose the topics you need more help with. I did miss Bob, so I only watched one of the videos in Ninja Plus – the gentleman was a little dry.
