Yep, and I have read countless threads where people felt the same.

I left 1 sim completely blank because I had no clue what they were even asking, and completely guessed on another SIM.

I didn't feel great about it and nobody ever does. Just let the chips fall where they may. You probably did better than you think.

It's very hard to have any idea how you did in my opinion. FAR was my first section and I walked out thinking I may have failed and ended up with a 92. I walked out of BEC feeling worse than FAR and thinking there was a decent chance I didn't pass and got a 95.

Completely normal to worry you will fail.
You'll spend the next few days or weeks thinking over every question and SIM you can remember second guessing yourself.
All part of the process. I never felt 100% confident on any of my exams and would not have been surprised if I failed any of them.

Left two entire SIMs blank and guessed a bit on a third. No way I could pass – got a 77 (close, but I'll take it).

How did you guys feel about multiple choice? I thought mine got easier because they got way more conceptual; but I don’t know if that means it stayed the same

I've thought I definitely failed every exam except for AUD. Usually I feel like i got at best 70% correct on MCQs and then like half of the 60% of the SIMS correct at best.

    Hi ,

I am doing wiley CPA for FAR . If I complete all the MCQ section and tasked based questions WHat is the possibility that I am going to pass the exam ??

Are we going to get similar questions in real exam ??

Tinni you can complete all the MCQ's and TBS and still fail. I used Wiley and they are great in the FAR and AUD areas. If you understand the material in Wiley CPA you have a great chance of succeeding.

During the first set of questions I thought to myself, “Did I study for the right section?” At the end I was 100% sure I failed. 86.

Took it in early February and walked out feeling devastated. Honestly thought there was no way I came even close to passing.

Got home and immediately googled “how I felt after taking FAR” and found this site with countless threads on the topic. Alternated between feeling like a failure to having glimmers of hope for ten days… painful, but as others have said, part of the process.

    Got an 85. 1 down 3 to go…

I have studied thousands of MCQs and hundreds of simulations for the last six weeks and I’d be more than lucky if I get a 75 on the FAR test that I encountered today. The MC was very heavily weighted towards just one topic (probably close to 20 to 25 questions) and the majority of those questions were in far greater detail than what was covered by the review material. It was so heavyily weighted on one topic to the point of being a very unbalanced exam in my opinion. Quite a bit of the remainder of the MC wasn’t very representative of the review material either so who knows. The sims might be my saving grace although they were no picnic either. Six out of eight were fill in the blank type questions but at least I felt like I could do most of them. I almost wanted to just leave after the MCQs but I did stick it through.

I must be in the minority cause I felt great walking out of FAR and I ended up with an 88, which isn't great but is pretty good. I honestly thought I was going to get a score in the 90's.
