How in the hell do they expect you to know all these calcuations and FV that or no NBV for that??? It’s making me crazy!!!! I thought this would be not bad for me to learn but I can’t retain any of it!!!

Doing all this with a 2yr old and newborn to boot!!

I know how you feel. All of the rules and phaseouts for REG is crazy. For me, it's unfortunately a matter of reading and re-reading until it sticks and that takes time and tons of effort.

You only have 1 exam left! Buckle down and just do it. That's what I keep telling myself.

REG is annoying in that way. I had to compartmentalize everything and I did that by making tons of flashcards that I kept in separate categories. It was the best I could do to visualize and separate all the rules and exceptions to the rules.
