I’m sure that this has been covered many time on this site, but can anyone give me a quick answer on whether you can get partial credit on the Research questions. I felt that I was on the right track and may have gotten 3 out of the 4 sections correct but had to guess on the last one because I ran out of time. Any chance I got partial credit or is it all wrong?

    FAR - 67, 85
    AUD - 50, 68, 79 I'm DONE!
    BEC - 81
    REG - 78

I'm not sure. I know the Becker practice exam doesn't… if you get any subsection wrong then the whole thing is wrong. Not sure if the AICPA grades differently.

    BEC - 90 PASSED
    FAR - 84 PASSED
    AUD - 93 PASSED
    REG - 84 PASSED

    I DID IT!!!!

I have heard for the FAR exam, that for journal entries they give you partial credit just for having a debit and credit that balances with more points for selecting the right accounts. There are plenty of people here that say they completely guessed on a good amount of sims and they still passed. I'm sure they didnt get EXTREMELY lucky and guess 100% correctly

    REG - 80 (4/19/12)
    BEC - 81 (5/31/12)
    FAR - 89 (8/27/12)
    AUD - 87 (11/12/12)

From what I heard, it's all or nothing. Just do some practice research questions and it should be piece of cake on exam day.

Well, it makes the most sense to me that the grading would be per field, so that if there are 4 fields available, each field would be graded separately. That being said, what makes the most sense to me probably is totally irrelevant in terms of how this crazy exam is graded. Hopefully you got lucky and guessed correctly on the 4th one too! Either way, I don't think the research SIM counts for many points anyway.

    FAR - 92 (4/27/12)
    AUD - 96 (7/17/12)
    BEC - 92 (8/30/12)
    REG - 91 (11/12/12)
