Prometric Computer Issue

    Took FAR today and this is what happened:

    Qs 1) The exam ended before I could click finish. This saved my answers and submitted them right? (First time this happened, so kinda got freaked out)

    THEN, I did all the surveys and whatnot and walked out of the testing center only to have the guy say “it says INCOMPLETE SERVICE” or something along the lines. WHAT! The screen was blank but something was wrong and he had to reboot my computer. The screen with my picture to enter my CODE came on and I typed in my code and the computer went to the PROMETRIC screen. I do not want to take this exam again!

    Qs 2) Anyone with a similar experience? Do I contact NASBA?

    Does your review course have any info on what to do if you experience issues? I had a similar issue and was concerned about my test being submitted. I sent an email to NASBA Candidate Care (candidatecare@nasba.org) with the following info:

    Name

    Section ID

    Jurisdiction

    Date of Exam

    Test Center

    Description of Issue

    I sent an email (don't even bother trying to call) on a Friday afternoon and received a response on Sunday afternoon. NASBA was able to confirm that my answers were captured, saved, and successfully transmitted to AICPA for scoring.
