PiC from Treasury Stock transaction (difference)

Is PiC from Treasury Stock same as APIC account? Do these two get netted to arrive at one APIC account or are they recorded separately? Am I missing something?

Just going by memory here, but I believe Paid-In Capital is also known as Contributed Capital, as in how much money have investors contributed in TOTAL, both for shares and in APIC. Meanwhile, APIC is the amount specifically above the Par value.
