I'm getting anxiety already

I know the grades aren’t going to be posted until next Monday at the earliest, but I keep checking the NASBA site anyway. I’m so bored in the evenings and on the weekends now that I’m going to have to learn how to live again if I passed. I haven’t opened the software since I took FAR on November 30, so I’m hoping for the best.

Now what do I do? Maybe I’ll go to Law School to keep my mind busy:)

Good luck to all of you out there waiting at the mercy of the graders. I felt like this section was the most difficult exam I’ve ever taken, of any kind……

    REG - 86 (5/18/09)
    BEC - 79 (7/06/09)
    AUD - 81 (8/24/09)

Omg….this is the worst…..just waiting for scores!!!!! I don't know about anyone else, but the thought of receiving a failing grade a few days before Christmas has got me really depressed. I have had utterly no life for the last 18 months. It seems like you have to be willing to sacrifice your entire personal life to pass this exam if you work full time. I'm finding it hard to concentrate at work this week and I keep checking the Nasba site too, even though the grades don't come out till next Monday at the earliest. I made an Excel spreadsheet to try and predict my score….lol…..and I keep staring at the screen…..I don't think the general public understands what CPA candidates go through to pass this exam.

I got a 70 the first time I took it in August. This time I didn't feel great about it either but for some reason I am not stressed. It makes no sense to me why I am not anxious about it. I guess getting a 91% in REG a few weeks ago built up my confidence a little bit. Plus, I read what everyone else wrote about their FAR experience. I felt it was increasingly difficult throughout the exam. From what I read that translates into having a strong performance. I am hoping for the best as I really don't want to take this section again!

    I had a dream that I got an 82%….

    FAR- 70, 76 REG - 91 BEC - 80 AUD - 74, 85

    GA - NASBA state

It almost seems to me that if I want to pray to the “Accounting Gods” as you say, that I would have to be looking straight down as I prayed…..into hell. Pretty sure thats where those Gods operate from…

Whatever happens, it's been nice to be able to share this experience with everyone on here. No person can truly understand the rigors of this exam unless they have gone through the experience. So to all my co-miserators out there, I say “Merry Christmas” and I'm sure we all passed!!

I had a dream last week I got a 63…….. Ahhhh. I just hope that we don't get our grades the day before Christmas. Seriously, if I failed, I need a few days to be depressed about.
