Hi everyone I take my first part of the CPA exam on Monday morning. I wanted to ask about the two forms of ID. I have my drivers license but I wanted to ask about the second form of ID. For the signed debit/credit card, if you just put you middle initial but it has you full first and last named signed is that valid?

It depends on your state, you should likely call Prometric and check. In Texas the State Board requires an ID they issue, but Prometric has never asked me for it, they have only asked me for my drivers license.

    AUD - 85
    BEC - 92
    FAR - 84
    REG - 88
I've found an anomaly in the Space-Time Continuum. NASBA and the AICPA are in the 19th century. They use slide rules to score the exam, and then they send the scores by Pony Express to the State Boards. That's why it takes so long for them to do a score release.

@TheeAccountant thank you for the reply. They wound up asking for just my license as well as they called me the the next day I posted this question and I asked them the question I posted and they said the credit card is sufficient.
