ParticipantHi,
Since June 6, I am trying to take REG exam but because of restriction to travel in Saudi Arabia to other countries, I could not make it.
I sent a letter to Ministry of Interior for letting me going to Kuwait to take the exam on Sep 27, but no answer from them.
Reg is the only exam to complete the CPA and I am afraid to lose the credit for other sections due to Covid-19.
I am wondering what i should do in the case.

ParticipantSorry to hear your situation. You should try to reach out to NASBA and tell them about your situation. They might give you additional extension to your existing credits.
You can also consider taking the exam in Guam, a US territory.AUD - 72

ParticipantCheck your local travel advisory to see if you will be able to travel to Kuwait by land, air or sea. If you do have a recent COVID testing proof they might let you go. I would recommend walking into the local authorities to see if you can get permission (if possible).
Check with the license state (or NASBA state) that you are registered with, and they might extend your credits.

ParticipantHi Guys
Appreciate your feedback. My plan is to wait for travel permission from the government which is in Sep 27. There is rejection on travelling, I will contact New Hampshire State asking for credit extension.

ParticipantNo, I can't. Yesterday the government announced that travel restriction will be lifted starting in January 1, 2021. in this case, I will ask the State for extending credit.

ParticipantI am a Saudi Arabian citizen and have received permission from the MoI and customs to travel to Dubai to sit for the AUD exam 2 weeks ago. I recommend that you reinforce the utmost importance of the matter to officials at the MoI, and I am extremely hopeful that they will allow it. They have previously announced that travel for any educational purpose is a valid reason to ask for permission. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
