    So I am trying to re-apply for a test and the online application process has changed. It took me almost an hour to get to a place where I can actually register, if that is I wasn’t using Internet Explorer. First I didn’t have my jursidiction number so I had to email for that, once I did that I imported my previous application and then spent quite some time trying to see where I actually go to apply. There is an apply online button but nothing ever happened when I hit it. So I called them thinking they could help me apply or take my application over the phone…nope, they do not register over the phone anymore. I did learn people using Internet Explorer can have issues applying, they say you need to have Google Chrome or Firefox…well that doesn’t help me here at work as I can’t download anything on my computer. Why couldn’t it just be the way it was, nice and simple.

    🙂 …I am trying to re-apply online, as well, and can't figure out how I'm supposed to select the exam I need to re-take…it won't let me go further…so I tried calling…but they transferred me to the state coordinator….who has a voice message not to leave messages but to email him….

    I hope they straighten out all these glitches soon!!

    No wondering I was having problems. I have gotten as fair as importing my previous applications (that made me depressed). I thought I couldn't figure it out since I'm sick. I'll have to play with it more at home I guess. I only have internet explorer at home to, so you have download firefox or google chorme? That stinks!!

    Started sitting in May 2002, on and off. But since 2008 I've been nonstop and my scores are....

    I didn't have to download anything… just used good ol' internet explorer… my problem is that it's not showing me that I can select the exam to re-take…

    Feel better Jomarie! If misery likes company, I'm sick too…I have a career fair at college today and made necessary arrangements and preparation to go, but now unfortunately can't go 🙁

    I agree with you jomarie, after importing the tests and seeing the long list I was very depressed!

    Yeah it sucks. I can't figure out how to navigate to retake the exam. It keeps sending me in circles. I'll try Firefox cause it's not working with Internet Explorer.

    I also tried to re-apply for my third exam and they're asking for my education credentials again(my GPA, how many credit hours, my graduation dates, etc.) I gave up and emailed them saying their website seems to have an error….

    @jjstrong – they asked me the same exact questions. I was like are you crazy????? I graduated back in 2000!!!! How the H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS, am I supposed to remember that???? Luckily, I had a copy of my transcript here at home for another reason so I went by that.

    It took me like an hour to re-apply when normally it would take 5 minutes. Hopefully that all the information is in now and I won't have to do that again.

    Just tried re-applying…still not working…It so nicely shows me on the first page that I clearly failed BEC, yet when I want to select it for re-applying, it says n/a. I guess I just have to keep trying…

    I haven't gotten those “strange” questions yet, but maybe that's because I did not get that far in the application. Looking forward…

    @Jomarie

    I hope you're feeling better!

    I'm feeling better than Friday…but still not too great. I'm beginning to think this is an allergy thing…

    You see what not doing well on these exams do?! Maybe I'm allergic to that 🙂

    @jomarie

    congrats on REG!!! Glad you are feeling better.

    The new registration process stinks. IDK if it was ok, but I really just estimated on the gpa's, I was too lazy and (depressed from failing two exams) that I didn't want to look it up or calculate just my gpa on acctg classes. I figured that had all the info, they could compare and update if there was a discrepancy. Should I be worried???

    @yankee – Thanks

    I wouldn't worry about the educational information they asked for. I think it was their way of updating their new system. They have our information from our original registration.

    yankee – I think I will be guessing as well, I cannot find my original application paperwork and I had actually attended several schools over the years and I don't want to request all those transcripts. I just worry about when we pass all the tests if they come back and say the data didn't match.

    I estimated on the whole thing thinking that they could match my real info up with their old system since I had to input my jursidiction ID to import. Hopefully that won't hold up my nts, but if I don't get it in a couple days I'm going to call.

    So everyone was able to re-apply?? Why is not working??????

    When you get to the page to select the exam sections, does it say n/a next to the sections? Can you click the sections?

    Maybe this means I really passed and they just posted my score wrong 🙂
