Hi!

Did anyone ever apply Online at the mylicense website for their PA CPA License? How long did it take to receive license confirmation? Thanks

I applied September 29 and I'm still waiting. I called and it is in queue. I will, however, call again because I was originally told it would take 3 weeks. Granted my prior employer only recently sent my work experience verification. Still I thought they would check for everything else within the time frame they told me. But the status still says “unchecked.”

Have you heard back yet? I had to send another application since my date of application was before the date put on verification of experience application and I had already left my job 🙁

I didn't think you could apply for the CPA online in PA…I am under the impression that you have to mail it in, and that your employer has to mail it in as well. There are a bunch of things you need besides the application…like a police clearance.

It took about 4-5 weeks for them to process me; my online site told me it was through and gave my number…two weeks later, I got the certificates.

Does PA requires an active CPA to verify or supervise your work experience or any US CPA can verify your work experience even if he did not supervise you?
