I finally received the notice that my advisory evaluation was completed and I am approved to sit based on the jurisdiction of Colorado that I applied to. It didn’t actually say Notice to Sit. Will that come separately in another email or can I take this approval email as my notification to sit.

I just want to make sure I understand everything correctly and what’s next. From here I have 6 months from this notice to schedule and sit for the first part? And then from the first pass, I have an 18 month rolling window to pass all four sections. Is the correct? Thanks for your help.

I am not sure about Colorado but, I think you have to select which exams you want to take on the upcoming half a year and pay for them before you can schedule them at prometrics. Also, you have to pass a one part for the clock to start ticking. Once you passed one, you have 18 months to pass the other 3.

I just received my NTS today, I had to state what exams I was taking on my application, then the NASBA sent me a payment coupon, I paid for the exam and now I have finally received my NTS. If you are not sure of what's next, go through the instructions on your state boards website. I have a wonderful person to contact at my state board who has been more than helpful to me, hope you find that at your state board as well.

Thank you so much for your responses @SubstantialAssurance and @GitRDone2017. I just figured out how to proceed and apply. Should I apply for more than one section or is it fine to just apply for the first one I plan to take and then come back and apply again when I want to take the next part? Thanks for your help.

each time you apply, you have to pay. I recommend paying for 2 exams each application.

I wanted to take two exams this quarter as well, but when i applied i only signed up for one because I am not familiar with the process. In my State, I can reapply ($50) and take another if I wish. I didn't ask for two because I didn't want to owe for the exam if I could not take it. As far as I know, if you sign up for say two exams, you have to pay for both of them whether you take them both or not.
