OMG this CPA journey is really putting a toll on my body. I went to WW (weight watchers) yesterday and had a BIG wake up call. I need to get myself back on track ASAP after my last exam in this quarter or I'll be back to where I was 3 years ago.

On Saturday my back cracked little bubble wrap. Felt good when it cracked but was sore for the rest of the night.

Ugh…the thought of how this exam has put a holt to my exercise routine makes me…want another snack! Talk about emotional/stress eating 🙁
