I just got a 74 in FAR. I've got AUD scheduled Oct 10th but thinking about pushing it to Oct 21st. Then have to take FAR again in Nov as my BEC score expires Nov 30th. Is it worth it to appeal my 74? Or just take the $ I'd appeal with & retake the exam? Have any scores really be overturned? Or should I see if they'll extend my window? If I ask for an extension, should I wait until I know my AUD score from Oct?

My coworker Appeled, she spend about $500, wauting for 4 month, nothung happened. Advise: do not waste your $, just retake it again, I am sure you will pass next time.

I got 74/74 and just took it again…your chances of getting your score changed are slim and none, unfortunately. Sorry this happened to you.

Jaks, also, somewhere on Jeff's blog he has an interview with the AICPA, and they said in the prior year they didn't change anyone's score. When you read it, you can kind of hear them snickering going, "go ahead, send your money, we'll just have a nicer Christmas Party." Check the article out before you spend any cash on a review of your grade. I know the 74 sucks, but I think your best bet would be to just re-take.

That was my plan but my hubby asked if I should appeal so I thought I'd get your opinions about it. Thanks! Today is better than last night & now I'm trying to find the motivation to get back into study mode for AUD.
