For those who passed in Texas, do you have to complete a 4 hour Ethics course AND the open book ethics exam that The Board sends you?

I’ve passed my last exam and am waiting to receive my application packet in the mail. If I also have to complete the 4 hour Ethics course, I’d like to start that now, so that I can mail everything off as soon as I receive the packet.
