A question for those who have passed BEC

Hi, I was just wondering that if my third testlet is the hardest, does that mean I am more likely to pass? I am really frustrated after failing Far and Reg, and passing BEC will definitely help me regain the confidence on this long journey.

Another question, do you guys know when the score of extend window will be released?

    Thanks.

I believe that a harder third testlet means you performed well on the first testlet. The CSO provided by the AICPA informs us of such a pattern in e difficulty of our testlets.

Yes any time you get a difficult testlet you are more likely to pass since you did well on the prior testlet, assuming you score well on difficult testlet you should be closer to a 75. You won't know until you receive your score though. In my experience with BEC, my 1st was pretty easy, little calculations. 2nd/3rd were computationally heavy which is what I like to see.

You start at MEDIUM and can go to MEDIUM or DIFFICULT if you did well on first, the way you worded your post it sounds like you didn't destroy the first testlet so they kept you at MEDIUM, but it sounds like you did well on the second medium since they gave you a DIFFICULT level one for your third.

    No idea on release date

I agree with Da Bears breakdown as I have read/heard that to be true as well. My personal experience was that my first two testlets felt medium/difficult and my third was super easy, I think I aced the third one it was so basic and still ended up with an 82. So I guess it's all relative, if you studied hard enough the difficult questions will feel easier, and if you didn't study the easy questions will seem difficult.. right?
