Questions not in prep software… frustrating experience

Took Reg on Friday, that was interesting. I have the Becker program and Wiley questions for this section. Taken Reg before got a 74 and 71. So on Friday I take the exam and I know I had questions that were not covered by either of those programs. Very frustrated right now since I know the material and was nailing my Wiley tests with about an 84-85% but the test did not even come close to the questions on either Becker or Wiley. Anyone else experience this? Have they changed the test in the last 2 months? Just really confused right now since the test didn’t even mimic the % breakout of expected questions.

Dont worry about it. There are always like 30% of the test for me where I see the question and I'm like HUH?

Remember, all throughout America, everyone is typically studying with the same or similar material. If you've studied all that you can and are nailing 85% on the practice questions, then you should be fine and in good position to pass. Any questions that you struggled on, others did too. Theres a good chance you ran into Pretest Questions, which are not counted or graded. They are put there to see how many applicants get it right to see if they want to keep it on their for future exams and graded.

That happened to me in BEC, over and over and over. I was beside myself. I blamed it on not studying the supplemental information. Hey, they said it was tested lightly, why bother. Right? WRONG!

I barely passed BEC. The only thing that saved me was my essays, pretty sure.

I'm taking REG in 3 weeks. I hope like hell I don't get a bunch of questions out of left field. I'll drop in and let you know after I take it.

I took REG on Saturday. The MCQs were pretty consistent with what I saw in Becker. However, the MCQs were out of left field.
