Am I crazy for not wanting to check my grade?

I told someone I did not want to check my REG grade until the end of March although I know it is more than likely going to be there next week and they thought I was doing something against AICPA policy. I just rather wait until the excitement slows down and when busy season is over. In addition, I got so sick during my test I was hospitalized several days later. Don’t you think I need a break?

It's up to you Aries. My FAR and BEC grades from last window stayed up on the NASBA site until my AUD score showed up this week so you can wait until March if you'd like. You'll probably get something in the mail too before that, if your score has truly posted already.

A lady in my Becker class didn't check her scores at all until she finished taking the 4th test. She had three graded sections and she never looked until after she sat for her 4th test. I can see the purpose. I think I'd drive myself nuts though trying it.

check your grade the sooner you know the sooner you can modify your schedule to the most effective course of action; sorry to hear you got sick……..happened to me with a toothache…..actuallly had emergency procedure done the next day…..failed by 6 points last quarter……….retook it yesterday and knocked its socks off…

Thanks. I didn't realize the severity of my illness until after the exam. I am not thinking the worse, I'm going to get a letter anyway whether a pass or fail correct? That is how my state is set up. So either way I won't know. This will be the first exam I pass. Plus, I HATE the game NASBA plays. It is not fair that we have to wait like that. I am not sure how I did on my exam due to my illness I just don't want add more pressure on myself.

Do you think this is best?

I called NASBA just to see if I had any options due to my situation. To them, I had no situation, I was told that my test is graded. So it will be available when the grades post. I was told if I did show up I could have asked for schedule the exam. The thing is, I didn't know how severe things were at the time. Oh btw, the NYS coordinator told me I will receive a letter in the mail regarding my grade. I just took it like the kiss of death. I know I shouldn't be negative but I was just so hurt by all of this. I worked so hard to prepare for this exam and the day of the test, I get sick.

    What do I do now?
