To those of you who passed REG, how did you study the basis? I feel overwhelmed by the amount of information. I finished studying everything, but I don’t remember the basis, I tried to create a comprehensive review sheet, but it doesn’t look right… Should I review my material again and again until I remember everything?

I struggled with basis and just worked through problems till it clicked. I found this half built website and worked through all the examples and illustrations and worked through all the ninja basis sims and the solutions until finally it clicked and I could do them in my head.
Try giving these exercises a chance – it is incomplete but what is there works. http://tax.cchgroup.com/downloads/files/contemporary-tax-practice/M1-Partnership-Taxation/T1-Partnerships-General-Formation-Issues/A-Legal-Formalities.asp
