Haven’t seen one of these posts in awhile so I thought I’d start one. Took a sick day and headed to the library to buckle down for my upcoming 2/3/18 exam.

I have but 1 study goal for this weekend. MASTER CORP TAX AND SIMS!

Good luck to all those studying for exams next week

Finishing taking notes-government accounting and finishing working through “missed since last time seen” questions in Ninja before I dive into SIMS and do random sets of MCQ all the way until test day on 2/12! Happy studying to all!

Never managed more than 120-140 max in a day. Usually about 100 has my brain a bit wonky.
13 days until BEC, but staying focused.

Understood. Both of those areas I had to circle back and rewatch all the lectures as it just was not working out the first time.

Using Ninja I do about 140-170 a day. 500 in two days may be pushing it lol. I'm using this weekend to master REG overall review from Ninja trouble questions, prior AICPA questions/exams, notes, Wiley MCQ's. A good combination of items to review before exam on Tuesday

    AUD- 82
    REG- 86
    FAR- 86
    BEC- 88

I am so over MCQs-I have done 2136 according to my Ninja progress report…I am doing sets of 30 in Ninja and 33 in Becker to mirror a testlet size, and focusing on SIMS this weekend.

500+ MCQ is my goal this weekend before I sit for AUD in 7 days..

So is really drilling MCQ the trick for AUD? Looking at @reckedracing ‘s sig, looks like it is.

FAR - 65 (Planned rematch on Apr/May 2018 'cuz CalBOA is turtle slow)
    AUD - 2/10/18 (Roger MCQ/TBS, 5 weeks prep) - Pending...
    REG - TBD
    BEC - TBD

@J King, I've worked in tax for my whole career and what got me through AUD was non stop MCQs for the last 2 weeks before the exam. It all kind of came together near the end, because I was able to walk my way through the questions.

    AUD - 64, 80 Passed on 10/09/17

    BEC - 75 Passed on 12/09/17

    FAR - 69, 71, 73, 83 Passed on 06/10/18

    REG - 81 Passed on 09/10/17

@anyatver when are you taking FAR? I have about 300 Ninja MCQs in FAR and I'm taking it on February 28th. You are way ahead of me. I don't know how many Becker MCQs I have though.

    AUD - 64, 80 Passed on 10/09/17

    BEC - 75 Passed on 12/09/17

    FAR - 69, 71, 73, 83 Passed on 06/10/18

    REG - 81 Passed on 09/10/17

@turo9992000-I am sitting for my re-take on February 12th. I started studying on January 1 and gave myself exactly 6 weeks for the re-take. I have used Ninja for MCQ and Becker for book and SIMS. I have done them all, then re-did all the “missed since last time seen” and now I am doing sets of random ones in both Ninja and Becker by focusing on the SIMS in both review courses this weekend to work all the kinks out. I hate the MCQ at this point, my average for the last 5 sessions is 84 and about 79% for the last 10…But I don't trust it or believe it, lol!
