A: Enable employees to recover for injuries regardless of negligence

I thought that workmans comp does not allow employees to recover compensation when they are the ones that are negligent. If I’m screwing around at work and injure myself due to my own negligence, why should workmans comp cover me?

Workers comp works on no fault system.

Almost all insurance have a general clause of no fault system, including general business policy, to cover minimum amount of accident.
