Hi everyone, I have an urgent question that I would like to ask for help/experience sharing!

I took AUD on 8/7 and knew I failed it on 8/25(score:73). I would like to apply for a new NTS soon so that I could sit for AUD again. However, since the score was released (8/25) until today (8/31), I have not been able to apply for a new NTS for AUD on my CPA central. (I am not able to select AUD, which shows N/A)
My first NTS includes AUD and REG, which I an planning to take on October. I check on internet and am sure that this is not a problem to cause me being unable to apply for a new NTS for AUD section, which I already failed.

I heard that it should take at least 48 hours for candidates to apply for a new NTS after the score is released but it has been more than 48 hours…
I sent a mail to GUAM board and NASBA and I think that they misunderstood my question and just asked to wait…
Did anyone have the same experience or someone is now in the same situation as I am?
It will be appreciated if anyone could share with me!

Take this with a grain of salt since I'm not testing in Guam. I was able to apply after I got my score report but didn't receive my NTS till today. Took longer than usual
