    Hello Ninja’s,

Would it be possible to know why there’s going to be hold on our scores for any part(s) taken in window of Q2 2018?

I am going through a job search now and wouldn’t be financially viable to sit for this exam in this window, so I am looking to schedule at some point in March 2018 after migration to new candidate exam database is finished.

Because they are changing the exam software to incorporate excel. I think they've said Q2-Q4 will all have delayed score releases. Something to do with vetting the new exam like they did with the changes last year.

    FAR - 97 (10/12/17)
    BEC - 95 (01/15/18)
    AUD - 88 (04/06/18)
    REG - 89 (11/16/18)

It is a UI change. The delayed score release is ridiculous.

    AUD - 71, 79
    BEC - 69, 74, 75
    FAR - 71, 74, 80
    REG - 74, 78

    FAR - 10/3/16
    BEC - 69 - 10/31/16
    AUD - November 2016
    REG - December 2016

So with all of the score release, exam changes what should we do? keep studying or planning for the next test? Even if we won't get the score until august or later?

Assume you passed and start studying for the next exam. It sucks more if someone is waiting for their last score.

    AUD - 64, 80 Passed on 10/09/17

    BEC - 75 Passed on 12/09/17

    FAR - 69, 71, 73, 83 Passed on 06/10/18

    REG - 81 Passed on 09/10/17

    No I haven't passed, I guess I'm panicking for nothing. Thanks 🙂

On the topic of score release… I'm taking FAR 4/9 and passed AUD last year (took the exam 11/2/17 and did not find out my score until 12/19/17 — such a terrible wait! Expires 5/1/2019). I honestly do NOT anticipate passing FAR this first time… I think it'd be a miracle if I do. I'll be waiting until June 27th-ish for my FAR score. It just sucks. I won't be able to reapply for FAR until after score release, so we're talking months out from my first take/losing all that fresh study material. I guess the only strategy that makes sense is to take FAR, probably fail, move on to BEC, hopefully pass. Move on to REG, hopefully pass.. then swing back for FAR? Motivation is running low.. the momentum of trying to knock the exam out is almost non-existent with these scoring delays.

Anyone else in this same boat and/or have any thoughts/commiseration? Hahaha.

The constant score holds are ridiculous. I waited over 60 days twice last year to find out I got a 74 both times. Had I known when I started that I was going to deal with an administrative nightmare, I probably honestly would have never started until they were done with all of this. TWO YEARS of score holds is unacceptable.

    BEC - 78 (Lost Credit), 83

    AUD - 63, 74, 69, 79

    REG - 59, 74, 72, 78

    FAR - 75

Yup! I feel the same way. I think I would have held off… It's an added obstacle to an already-tough scenario.

Everyone complains about only having half of the actual screen space when taking the exam but then everyone complains when they fix the issue. I understand that it's ridiculous to have delayed score releases for the last two quarters, maybe only make it one quarter? Idk, but everyone taking the exams after these delays will be thankful that we all went through it for the updated UI.

On a separate note, wouldn't you want them to make sure nothing is wrong with the software and thus making the exam easier? If you pass in a quarter or quarters that have a much higher pass rate/easier exam, I don't think the bragging rights are all there.

Of course, I'm saying this with only having to go through one extended release timeline (hopefully) and not multiple like many of other candidates.

Like most things in life this delay scores is just another obstacle that you need to overcome. I've been studying for FAR since January 8 and my strategy to tackling the delayed score release is to take FAR first week in April move on to AUD in May then finish up with BEC the first week of June before the testing window closes. I'm going to give it my all and assume I pass each exam until I find out the test results the end of June. I hope to go 3 for 3 in Q2 but if not, I'll retest in Q3 for any exam I didn't pass. I'll begin studying for REG after BEC to take early July. This is definitely a shotgun approach but it's all about Hard Work and Dedication. Good Luck to everyone!!

BEC-Passed(I had a few stops and starts because I was studying during my busy season. Lost track of my study stats.)

    @Pdiddy2000,

This is pretty much the same strategy I am following except for the fact that I passed REG at the end of Q4 2017.

I am sitting for FAR on 4/12 (started studying beginning of January) and AUD on 5/21. I have BEC scheduled for 8/27, which is probably longer than most people study, but I am taking summer classes, so I will probably need it.

I agree as far as the score release goes, it is just something we all have to deal with…

I am also following the same strategy except I just passed FAR in the March 8 Release and have been studying for REG since 2/26 so hopefully I will be ready by early April and then the rest is the same as your strategy. Hoping for the best!!

    AUD - 83
    BEC - 87
    FAR - 86
    REG - 88
