2019 REG Changes

Hello All,
I start studying for my last section REG next week and I plan on taking it before the end of Jan, 2019. I’m still waiting on Ninja‘s REG update and would like to know if the Business Law section of the REG exam is affected by the change?
This link does state that there will be no changes to Business Law, is it true?

If so, then maybe I can start by studying for Blaw while I wait for the update. Your input is greatly appreciated, thanks!
