Who else is waiting to see if they’re completely done?September 11, 2019 at 4:25 pm #2699892KeepPushingParticipant
I’ve been waiting for someone to start this thread! I see we are both waiting on hopefully our last score! I pray to God we can be done with this process! I am glad we don’t have to wait that much longer for a score!! The eyeball test should work for us too! Is your PDF saying “attended” yet? Mine isn’t? I took it on yesterdaySeptember 11, 2019 at 5:06 pm #2699985CartmanParticipant
@keeppushing I took mine Monday and I still haven’t seen my score form be adjusted to “attended”.September 11, 2019 at 6:06 pm #2700174
I’ve been looking at it! Lol. The “Attended” updated within 36 hours of my taking FAR, and have been looking daily just in case it came early 🙂
FAR and done!!!September 11, 2019 at 6:44 pm #2700240
Also waiting for FAR, if I pass I'm done!
I will be using eyeball trick, however passed BEC last month and Aug 6 release was 3 days early. So there's always a chance…September 11, 2019 at 7:00 pm #2700303
Yea, Daniel, I was at Home Depot when the forums started saying scores were posted. Best Friday night I’ve had in a long time haha.September 11, 2019 at 7:47 pm #2700408sashapalekhaParticipant
I’m waiting for AUD and will be done if I passed. Waiting is killing me, I’m usually start to study for next test while waiting, but for now there is no more left, so just need to wait. Good luck to everyone!September 11, 2019 at 9:28 pm #2700702a_baker7Participant
This is my first post. 9/19 will also mark the day I can be done. I’m also one of the “Only Ninja” people. I left FAR for last. My exam had almost none of the typical nightmares of Pensions, Consolidations, Bonds or Leases. Y’know the things I put a ton of hours into studying, lol. Here’s hoping I actually retained some of the other 100 things they test for, lol.September 12, 2019 at 6:03 am #2701344
Alice, same! I was praying for bonds because I had it! Studied so much Gov’t, and did get a few of those. Just give me the score already 😆September 12, 2019 at 7:55 am #2701458
Yeah same Alice and CP. After doing bonds and leases and consolidations for so long I was really hoping for a TBS on those, but nope!
@keeppushing what is the eyeball trick?September 12, 2019 at 7:55 am #2701461GmaxL711Participant
Last score (hopefully!) for me too. I took mine 9/10, and my status has yet to be update to “attended.” But it looks like a lot of people are experiencing the same thing.September 12, 2019 at 8:52 am #2701608
@Gmax, hope that doesn’t mean my score was so low they just said, “pfft, we don’t even need to worry about this kids grade.” LolSeptember 12, 2019 at 8:54 am #2701611mcpotter95Participant
Waiting for AUD on 09/19 and will hopefully be finished. Not feeling super confident though, so trying to stay busy and not stress myself out too much. I will only have two more chances until my REG credit expires if I fail.
Good luck to everyone!September 12, 2019 at 9:04 am #2701626
@GMAXL711 @CP_Abadie On the website with the score release schedule, it says “if we get your datafile from prometric on 9/11 by 11:59” maybe its a time zone thing? I checked mine this AM & it didn’t say anything but now its finally changed to attendance. Good luck to you both! Hope it changes to “credit” next week for everyone!September 12, 2019 at 9:14 am #2701650PCParticipant
Also awaiting 9/19 for my last section.
These score releases drive me to some odd behavior. I didn't check BEC for nearly 3 months after it was released. By then, I had taken AUD and it was released as well. The uncertain hope of not knowing holds a certain allure for me. Anyone who checks their score during release day regardless of their mood or whereabouts (like…around other people?!😳) is a very brave soul in my book.
What's the eyeball trick?September 12, 2019 at 9:14 am #2701653SSParticipant
Waiting for FAR and hopefully I will be done!September 12, 2019 at 9:23 am #2701668
I took BEC earlier this quarter, and Nasba still shows the score available but the “eyeball” is gone now. Does this mean I won’t be able to use the eyeball trick?September 12, 2019 at 9:28 am #2701695GmaxL711Participant
@CP_Abadie – SERIOUSLY! So I took another part the same quarter and I will be able to use the eyeball trick, and I checked just for fun and just about crapped my pants when I saw it said “no credit.” Luckily I has saved the score form from right when I passed the last part and can see it said that before I ever took BEC also. but for a sec I really thought I bombed so hard they already knew I failed!September 12, 2019 at 10:31 am #2701809Painted_JeansParticipant
Waiting for BEC here. I pray everyday.. never been so nervous/anxious/scared.. just shitty feeling altogetherSeptember 12, 2019 at 10:52 am #2701839GetThisCPA94Participant
I have low hopes but if I can knock BEC out, I'll only have FAR left for 12/10. Here's to finishing up all sections in 1 year!September 12, 2019 at 10:53 am #2701842timmyjParticipant
Any chance of an early release?September 12, 2019 at 11:25 am #2701914life_is_GOoDParticipant
I somewhat Hail-Mary'd FAR last week…if by some miracle I was able to pass I'll be done. Otherwise round 2 will be in a couple weeks. Good luck to all!September 12, 2019 at 2:40 pm #2702364KeepPushingParticipant
@ajar the eyeball trick is when you still have available in your NASBA SSO account a score report from a previous test taken in the same quarter. After you take another exam in the same quarter, a few days later if you go back to that old score report the second exam should say “attanded” instead of “no credit.” Now, the day that nasba is importing all of the scores, you can go back to that old report during the day and check to see if the “attended” has changed from to either “credit” which means you passed, or “no credit” which means it was not at least a 75.September 12, 2019 at 4:24 pm #2702544TheeAccountantParticipant
The eye-ball trick only works if your state gives a score report through NASBA. Texas doesn't, and I don't think California or Maryland does either. Not sure about other states. I'm in Texas so I'll have to wait. I'm very impatient, I hate waiting.September 12, 2019 at 5:09 pm #2702691
Any idea why my score report is no longer available, even if my score is still showing?
Is there anyway to get it back?September 12, 2019 at 6:29 pm #2702895
Hey @Theeaccountant dude are you an Aggie too by any chance? I'm living/working in MA now but seeing as FAR was my only test this quarter guess that won't work.
@Daniel I think your score report goes away after a certain amount of time. After REG last quarter mine said “available until [some date]” and then it went away too. It should come back after you get your score for FAR- but idk if it only shows up in SSO if you pass a section (and I hope you pass!).
One week to goSeptember 12, 2019 at 10:44 pm #2703159a_baker7Participant
@CP_Abadie I work in the investment arena. My claim to fame is a million dollar prime broker bond trade over a text message. I spend more time on the equity front, but I do a lot of fixed income research so bonds naturally click easier. I'm not a huge fan of amortization tables, but I can at least relate them to something in my work life and basically conceptually figure it out. I manage a NFP's endowment account, special purpose donation account and operating account at work, so that also naturally clicked.
If a bond MCQ didn't click. I literally took a screenshot and texted it to my bond trader in NYC to explain it to me. (He was a big fan of getting a text from a West Coast Person studying at odd hours.) And the coworker that sits next to me worked on the floor of the CBOE, and we use derivatives at work. So, I had a lot of good resources that also helped.
Studying leases, pensions, consolidations and government accounting was like beating my head against a wall and hoping that the words on the wall imprinted into my brain somehow.September 13, 2019 at 4:20 pm #2704698ElyseMorganParticipant
I am so ready for this release. I want to be DONE!September 13, 2019 at 4:59 pm #2704773PDiddy2000Participant
Will the BEC scores be released on 9/19 or 9/26? I thought BEC scores are usually released a week after the other 3 exam scores.September 13, 2019 at 6:39 pm #2704962
My BEC was released on normal drop date.
But, I hate how obsessed I am with eyeball trick, cause there’s something about seeing that number showing credit rather than letters 🙂
