Yes. I got shingles in September, a week before AUD. It was not fun. Now I get plenty of sleep and take Vitamin C three times a day!

Sleep is paramount. No caffeine 12 hrs before bedtime; with caffeine in your system, you'll still fall asleep but your sleep quality will lack. I'll also add that quitting alcohol and smoking will dramatically improve your health. I haven't been sick in 16 months and I've been sober for 17 months. I can't remember the last time I've gone this long without so much as a sniffle.
    .
Another way to dramatically improve immune health is to eat TONS of vegetables, take probiotics and adopt an exercise routine. Exercise will help calibrate your body and the nutrition and probiotics gives your body the tools to build a healthy body.
    .
I've felt cruddy before, mentally and physically. And I can tell you every time I felt that way, I wasn't doing the things I said above. It really does make a difference!
    .
Lastly, take a good fish oil. Omega fatty acids are essential meaning that your body cannot make them. You have to get them from diet. Fish oil dramatically reduces inflammation and helps the brain. Hope this helps!

Yes.. before the three exams I've taken, I always get sick for weeks. My first exam (BEC) I was sick for a month with a very common cold, and my doctor said it's because of stress!

Also currently sick (have been for two weeks) and I have audit on April 15!

Gym is the greatest solution to what all of you are experiencing. Hit the gym hard, very difficult to find a greater way to destress and add to your health.

I don't know about you guys but doing arm curls with my Starbucks Tall Latte while studying was what got me in shape. 😁

I went old school with my workout while studying. When watching BISK videos on my smart TV, I would do sit-and-reaches. I would sit on the couch and reach deep down inside my bag of pretzles. They were low fat so… Then, I'd do curls with donuts. Donuts have fat in them and grease. That's gotta be heavy.
