I can’t freaking log in for whatever reason……

after I refreshed a billion time it would log me in, but then I try to select a date for exam it shows no availability for the exam…

am I missing something? Is it because I failed audit and need to do something before re-taking it? my NST hasn’t expired and I took audit like several windows ago….

I have tried to reschedule an exam seven times in two weeks and have always come up short of the confirmation step. I confirm the date and time, click “confirm appointment” and every time I get an error message stating ” try again at a later time.”

I gave up on the website and called Prometric this morning. The service rep's system crashed when she tried to reschedule my exam, so I confirmed that my original appointment was still on the books. I guess I'll study for an additional 7 weeks.

Jackson… you did get another NTS for your audit retake, right? if so, based on the other post it appears prometric is having issues that may clear up in time. have you tried to schedule by phone?

@monikernc we need to get another NTS for re-take?…. crap I didn't know that….I thought we can take it as many times as we want before it expires? How do I apply for an re-take NTS??

you repeat the process you completed to get the first NTS. each one is good for only one attempt at that section of the exam. you have to pay fees again for a retake.

when I try to re-apply for the exam, the freaking state accountancy site has error too….
