AUD Test 2 Weeks Out Review Strategy? HELP

    Hi guys,

    I was wondering what is the best strategy for AUD (first time taker, tax slave) as the test is approaching?

    This is all new content to me, and its sorta overwhelming and so many steps…and it all interrelated…I just don’t know whats the best strategy to get the most out of my final 2 weeks review before I sit.

    Prayers to the max 🙂 I dont like AUD a single bit and I dont get the content well. My exam is on the 5th in Dec. Hope for the best

    I took it today. Nailed the 1st testlet, 2nd testlet was pretty killer with little nuances of attestation and independence scenarios. Reminded me of BEC with COSO/ERM, no matter how much I read the material I still couldn’t master it.
    My review strategy would be to hammer the smaller stuff.

    SIMS weren’t bad, even the ones with 6 exhibits although there were a lot of answers hidden in the exhibits. AL was not helpful for my SIMS as I hoped. No DRS thankfully.

    Should be a fun 17 days sweating out a 75.

    My exam is also on the December 5th. I'm just trying to make sure I understand the audit process, working on my weak areas and hammering MCQs. I'm so glad to hear that SIMS are not too bad. Good luck people.

    FAR - 73, 78 (WileyCPAexcel 3,000+ MCQs, 50 SIMs)
    AUD - 73, 81 (WileyCPAexcel 3,000+ MCQs, 40 SIMs)
    BEC - 71, 71, 74, 84 (WileyCPAexcel 3,000+ MCQs, 10 SIMs)
    REG - 84 (WileyCPAexcel 2,000 MCQs, 15 SIMs)

    CA Ethics Exam - 94%

    Its no nice to hear that we're all in this together. My exam is on the 10th! I totally would argue that this is harder than FAR!!! At least with FAR, I could get the calculation and just had to remember the little nuances regarding certain big ticket items…I crammed AUD into 4 weeks! Wishing everyone luck!!
