Use process of elimination on mcqs if you flat out don't know. Think logically especially on SIMS, or think like you're an average Joe if you don't know – what would make the most sense from an stranger's perspective. Basically, don't overthink it because it all makes a lot of sense when you take a step back and see the big picture.

    REG - 92 (1/17)

    BEC - 82 (2/17)

    AUD - 89 (5/17)

    FAR - 94 (9/17)

Rogers Elite + Becker mcqs/sims for all 4 exams

    WA State Ethics Exam - 83, 83, 90 (9/17)

    AICPA Ethics Exam - 95 (9/17)

    1-year of work - complete (11/18)

    BEC - 78
    AUD - 75
    REG - 64, 77

Best advice, just give em hell brah. Lol j/k.

Best advice, is to try at least 3 to 4 mock exams. I used Wiley and did that for all my exams and I passed every time.

    AUD - 93
    BEC - 90
    FAR - 86
    REG - 93

The wait for the test scores seems more stressful than the actual test itself.

I just took AUD yesterday. The MCQs are very tricky. Make sure you read the question through to make sure you know what it's asking. Also, go through each question again after you've finished them all to make sure you didn't slip up. I caught a few things I originally missed. I didn't think the SIMs were amazingly difficult. Taking FAR 3 weeks ago definitely helped. I probably slowed down the most on one obscure research question. Took me about half an hour to find what I needed.

@mightymelonheads how were your FAR sims? I found mine to be relatively easy compared to the actual “FAR” material…

    Best advice I can give:

    1. Time Management
    2. Use the AL as much you can during the SIMS
    3. If you find yourself getting through the MCQs really quickly, take the time to review your answers, read the question twice or both. I barely passed this one, in fact got my lowest score. I think it was due to me being overconfident in my answers and not taking the time to review the questions and my answers thoroughly.

"FACT": The odds of consecutively passing all four sections of the CPA exam on the first try: 7%.

    FAR (April 2017): 75+

    BEC (May 2017): 75+

    AUD (July 2017): 75+

    @AnotherSeventyFour

FAR sims on the AUD exam or FAR sims on the actual FAR exam?

The ones on the AUD exam were cake. I found them to be ridiculously easy if you have a basic understanding of how FS categories are generated. There are a lot of options to throw you off but it's easy.

For the actual FAR, I came out of the exam pissed off from the sims, but I'm sure the one I was mad at was a pre-test. I passed with a 77 in Q3. I can't really remember the others, but didn't find them impossible. A lot of documents to sort through, but if you just relax and read everything through,
the answers seem to pop up to you.
