how many weeks did you study for Audit and you passed? I am planning to retake it for a 3rd time in late August/ early September. I last took it in March and failed with a 63. I work part time at an accounting firm on M/W/F and I typically study on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday as well as doing some studying on MWF. Any help is greatly appreciated or if anyone has any tips on how they passed, I would to pass audit on this try. I used Becker and my biggest struggle was with chapters 3 and 4. I have access to the final review. Thanks!

I passed and studied full-time for 4 weeks with Becker. first 3 weeks was to go through the big review book, then the last week was final review. I also had worked as an auditor for 9 months and found that a tad helpful. However, don't compare yourself to others depending on the amount of studying they did as you may require less or more! My tip for you is to do cummulative review everyday! For ex. even on days where you work, see if you can fit in a 20-30 question progress test of all other units that you have already covered. Also review your notes or note cards if you made them every day! What i found most helpful was constantly reviewing all units. Also, for me, I do simulations ( even though some might say they are useless but I disagree) because they help reinforce a topic that I already know or it shows me that I can't do a more complex problem on that topic which means I need to review it more. I found the final review sims to be really great along with their MCQ of course. ALso the AICPA sample test was huge because it helped me see the way in which they are to possible phrase questions which is helpful. YOU can do this!! you are half way done:)) Remember practice makes perfect so the more you practice something the better you will be at it!

How many MCQs are you doing for each time you sit for AUD?
I managed a pass in 3 weeks with no audit experience, but my results are not typical.
If you aren't doing at least 1000 MCQs I'd suggest you start there.
