    Whats up guys!

I consider auditing a big problem for me since i only took one auditing class and i have no exposure to the auditing world.
Would you guys agree that studying from a textbook for a month help my changes to better grasp auditing? Should it be enough with a couple of CPA review courses (Gleim 2016, Becker 2015) and then NINJA mcq ?

I will be using Gleim only for reading since i like how well the units are broken down.

    Thanks

I took two classes in school, but one of them was a joke so I pretty much took one also. I don't have any audit experience either. Gleim and Ninja should be more than enough to prepare for AUD. I don't think a textbook will prepare you any better then a review course, but it may help if you're really stuck on something and need an extra reference.

You can probably find a cheap used one on Amazon if you decide to go that route.

@RE2PECT first of all the Yankees' prospects are looking good. I hope they get call up to the majors for a playoff push.
I thinking of using it for the following topics : Audit Process, Planning, Evidence,Sampling and Internal Control. Also the textbook may help as the problems are a bit similar to the SIMS.
I wanted to re-take BEC since i missed it by 3 points before the changes but i'd rather take AUD while CPA review providers get a better feeling of the BEC SIMS.

Yea this is the first time in a while that I'm excited for the season to start. They have a lot of talent in the minors and hopefully they hold on to them and don't use them for trade bait. Was hoping they'd start the season with Torres at short since Didi got hurt, but they don't want to lose a year of arbitration.

Instead of using a textbook you should go on the AICPA site and read through the standards. Those are basically the Bible when it comes to auditing and all the textbooks and review courses get their material from them. It'll also help you with the sims if you're familiar with them and can search through the AL faster.
