Hi Everyone, this will be my 2nd attempt for BEC. I notice the last time the exam was heavy tested on IT related questions, which was the chapter i entirely skipped. Can someone please give me some hints on what else could be possibly test on BEC 1st Quarter 2017. Also, i am very weak at writing essays, what could be the format for the SIM? Do i have to mention the person’s name who i am addressing to, as well as my own name? Thank you everyone for your help.

Anything you've seen in your review material is fair game on the exam, nobody can tell you what they actually saw on the exam we all agree when we launch it not to disclose the content. As for the essays the more information you include the better.
