When I took BEC in may right after the changes in the sims I had ratios in the authoritative literature section. When I took it in October these weren’t there. Which really pissed me off since I spent less time studying them assuming they would be available for the sims. I’m taking it in a few weeks and wondering if they should be there.

It depends on the SIM. I had them for one or two of my SIMs where they were relevant, but not on all of them.
