I honestly can say I feel pretty good about my chances. If I didn't pass I didn't fail by much. I was familiar with each question and the memos were actually pretty easy. I didn't experience a great difference in my testlets but I did notice that the questions got longer and had more calculations, don't know if that was a good thing or not. Good luck everyone taking it after me. We will beat this.

@DISLCPA Sounds like you had a similar test that I took last week. Hopefully we both past. The WC were actually tolerable and I knew enough to write about 4 paragraphs each.

yeah I felt good about the first testlet. Know for sure I messed one problem up but thought I did well. Second testlet seemed a bit harder. Felt like I did okay and then the third seemed easy again like the first one but I felt like I knew most of them. So I am not really sure how to feel and I felt pretty good about 2 of the 3 Written communications.

Has anyone ever passed BEC knowing they walked out thinking the testlets were easy? I thought the test was fair and want to say that 80% of the things I saw were covered in Becker and Ninja. I'm studying for my AUD retake for next week and the anxiety is building up for my score to come out.

I took BEC Oct. 17th. Used wiley excel for about 3/4 of the study program, then just hammered ninja MCQS and Wiley test bank for about 3 weeks straight. I was killing practice tests in both test banks. Then test day.. first testlet, a few out of the blue, but nothing too crazy. Second guessed myself too often which slowed me down, but got through it fairly easily. Then the second testlet was like a brick to the face. I was already behind on time, so ended up having to just guess on a few of the calcs that were pretty in depth. Questions were worded weird and long. Flagged about 9 or 10, straight up guessed on about 3 and made “educated” guesses on about 4 or 5 I narrowed down to two choices. Had to move on. 3rd testlet was easier than the second but harder than the first. Got to the WV with about an hour left. BSd all three like I had originally planned, but I had to move a lot faster than I wanted to.

Did not feel good walking out of the exam room. Naturally I did the one thing you're not supposed to do, and tried to verify answers on 4-5 questions that I could remember (literally can't remember any others, which I'm not sure is good or bad). And naturally 4 of the 5 I chose wrong. So I don't know honestly. I felt very confident going in, but the way some of the questions were worded mixed with my time crunch, not very optimistic about what the outcome is.

Why can't your boss just tell you that you've earned it? That's how the Knights did it, and they were badass.

I had my second try today.
First testlet i finished in 30 minutes, maybe 5 extra for review. Basic things , all of those questions I studied in Becker. Second one was something! Some definitions in IT I never saw in Becker and Wiley+ Ninja Mch! 2 or 3 questions were like this. I hope it was pretested ones 🙁 I spent like 45 minutes on this one and was upset with myself. Third one-I cannot say if it was medium or difficult, but again I was not sure in about half of the questions! So I think it seemed difficult- as first one MEDIUM, I finished very fast and being confident. I ended up with guessing last 3-4 questions between 2 choices and moved on on WC. I had 55 minutes and only in 1 of them i knew what to write. I simply made an introduction, last paragraph, sincerely bla bla and copy paste it in all 3. For the third one I had only 8 minutes left! So crazy! I copy -paste , little bit changed question data and submitted the test.
    Overall I felt terrible when I left prometric… 🙁
Second and third testlets killed my confidence.
Now i know exactly that on my first exam all 3 testlets were MEDIUM. I was stronger Corp gov, Eco, Cost Moderate and weak on B2,B3,B4 Written Comm were also weaker. I ve got 72…

I pray to pass this exam as this crazy amount of info killing my head.

Happy to have night off and will start my second exam REG. At least something different! 🙂

This time my exam was more conceptual like 65% , last time I had more calculations. If it helps somebody…

Just took BEC retake. Was super tough. First testlet was way too hard. Could not even give an educated guess for some questions. Rest two were ok type- medium ones.

    WC – two were hard…

    No hopes though. Lets see

All the best for rest all who are taking it…
